That niggle…

…has turned into a full on injury. As promised, I attempted a run last night, hoped that the pain would ease off and then ended up limping back for the last ten minutes.  Don’t I feel the fool?

So, today James is off cycling and I’m spending the day applying RICE to my leg.  That’s Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation rather than basmati.  Looks like cycling and yoga are off for today.

And seriously, if anyone can enlighten me as to what the pain is that would be brilliant.  It’s at the top of my shin on my inside leg and I now can’t put any weight on it or move it without wincing. 😦
